Owens Home for Funerals & Monday, December 5th, 2005 - 12:00 P.M. at the Brodhead Baptist Church Funeral Service: Monday, December 5th, 2005 - 2:00 P.M. at the Brodhead Baptist Church Interment: Piney Grove Cemetery Mr. Moses Everett Albright, age 65, husband of Jean Albright passed away, Friday, Dec. 2, 2005 at his residence. He was born on January 27, 1940 in Brodhead, KY a son of the late John Benton Albright and Mollie Viola Hamm Albright, he was a member of the Brodhead Baptist Church. His interest and hobbies included fishing, camping, squirrel and rabbit hunting and stock car racing. He worked for R.H. Hamm Oil for 15yrs., Sayers Feed Mill, School Bus Driver-Custodian for 28yrs, he served 34 yrs. at the Brodhead Fire Department, he was a member of the Brodhead Lions Club and served three terms as city council member. On November 5, 1960 he was united in holy matrimony to Lana Jean Owens Albright and from that union came two sons, Larry Everett Albright and Timothy Ray Albright, two daughters, Teresa Ann Lawrence and Shonna Jean Bullock. Those left to mourn his passing include his wife of 45 yrs., Lana Jean Owens Albright, two sons, Larry Everett Albright and Betty of Brodhead, KY., Timothy Ray Albright and Anita of Brodhead, KY., two daughters, Teresa Ann Lawrence and Frank of Brodhead, KY., Shonna Jean Bullock and Jason of Brodhead, KY. Two brothers, D.G. “Alex” Albright and Helen of Brodhead, KY., P.D. Albright and Mariann of Paris, KY., five sisters, Edith Nicely and Willard of Brodhead, KY., Leon McClure of Mt. Vernon, KY., Hazel Smiley of Stanton, VA., Mary Harper of Brodhead, KY., and Dawn Brock of Brodhead, KY. Nine grandchildren, Jamie & Rebecca Lawrence, Shannon Isaacs, Brandy, Jaclyn, Justin, and Dustin Albright, Timothy Keith Albright, Matt Wilder. Two great-grand children Jackie & Joanie Alexander Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, John J. Albright, and Lloyd “Pooner” Albright, one sister, Faye White, Visitation will be Sunday, December 4, 2005 from 6-9 PM at the Marvin E. Owens Home for Funerals and Monday, December 5, 2005 from 12 – 2 PM at the Brodhead Baptist Church Funeral services will be conducted Monday, December 5, 2005 – 2 PM at Brodhead Baptist Church with Bro. Mark Whicker. |
