Memorial Gardens Willie Abrams age 84 of Red Lick died Sunday Jan. 16, 2005 after a long courageous battle with cancer. Mr. Abrams is the husband of Elizabeth Wilds Abrams and the son of the late Lewis and Delia Johnson Abrams. He was a farmer and member of the Pilot Knob Baptist Church. Mr. Abrams was also preceded in death by brothers: Walter, John, Ernest and George Abrams and one sister Stella Jones. Mr. Abrams is survived by his wife and 4 children: Russell (Barbara) Abrams of Tennessee. Bonnie Johnson of Lexington, KY. Robert Abrams of Tennessee and Mary Ann McCuddy of Georgia. 1 brother Lewis Abrams Jr. of Covington, KY and 1 sister Ethel Lakes of Richmond, KY. 7 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren also survive. Funeral services will be Tuesday Jan. 18, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. at Lakes Funeral Home with Rev. Robert Taylor officiating and the eulogy by granddaughter Jennifer L. Pietrowski. Burial will be in the Madison County Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be grandchildren: Russell Victor, Steven Johnson, James Johnson, Jeffery Abrams, Chris McCuddy, Pamela Chenot and Jennifer Pietrowski. Visitation will be Monday Jan. 17, 2005 from 6 – 9 p.m. at the Lakes Funeral Home.
