TIMOTHY A. COOLIDGE'S FACTORY, HOWLAND STREET

Mr. Coolidge commenced business in Concord in 1848, moved to Marlbororo in 1858 and built a two story shop 18 X 24, which seemed to large at that time.  He enlarged it four times and built a new one in it's place in 1873, which was destroyed by fire in 1877.  He erected the present structure, a model one in arrangement and outfit the same year.  His goods go to Western and Southern market.
