Barnes to Barnes - 1699To all Christian people to whom these presents shall corn Greeting Know Yee That I William Barns of Brookfield in the County of Hampshear in the province of the Massachusets Bay in New England for and in consideratin of four pounds already in hand paid by my uncle John Barns of marlburough in the county of Midlesex unto me the said William Barns with which said sn I the sd William Barns do Acknowlidge Myselfe to be fully satisfyed contented and paid and therof and of every part and parsell of the same, do exoneate acquit and discharge my said uncle John Barns and his heirs executors and Adminstrators and every of them for ever, by these presents have given granted bargained sold enfeoffed and confirmed and by these presents do give grant bargain alienate enfeoffee and confirm unto my said uncle John Barns and his heir and assigns for ever Three acres and three quarters of one acre of land of the Adition belonging to- the fivteen acres which my father Thomas Barnes deceased purchased of Jonathan Jhonson part of house Lot which my said father Thomas barns deceased willed to me the said William Barns which three and three quarters of one acre lying within the bounds of marlbrough as yet untaken up with all the privelidges their unto belonging To have and to hold all the above mentioned and by these presents bargained and sold premises with all the appurteances thereto belonging unto him selfe the said John Barns my uncle and his heirs and assigns for ever in a good and sure estate of inheritance in fee simple unto his and their proper use and Advantage from time to time and at all times hencforth without any hindrance eviction expulsion & enyal Molestation whatsoever, from my selfe and said Willian Barnes my heirs Executors or administators, or either of or from any other person or persons who soever Lawfully Claiming any right ---crease--- or any part or parcell of land by these presents alienated and sold, acting by, from, or under me, or by any procurement of mine And I the said William Barns do hereby fully assure my said uncle John Barns his heirs and Assigns that all the premisses in and by these presents alienated and sold, are altogether free from all maner of former sales mortgages gifts grants Leases dowers demands Charges and Incumbrances whatsoever had made, done, or permited by me William Barns wherby my said uncle John Barns, or his heirs or Assigns may be in any sort interupted ---crease--- injoyment and improvement of any of the premisses be those --crease--- bargained and sold In Witnes herof I the said William Barns have hereunto put my hand and seal this thirtyeth day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand six hundred ninety and sixe and in the seventh year of hi majestys Raign
