Information regarding the Company Rolls came from Gary Brown , Vetrans Administration for Marlborough.  These lists contain only men from Marlborough who served for Marlborough.  There are Marlborough men who served for other Regiments and Company's as was there men from other towns who served for Marlborough.  According to Gary Brown, these men were "conscripted" to serve for residences of the town who could not serve.  They were paid by the families to take the place of those men who could not serve so as each town could meet a quota.  The not included "other Marlborough men" will be added.
