
James G. Leaf
Dr. James G. (Gil) Leaf, son of beloved children’s author Munro Leaf
(
The Story of Ferdinand), is a past Executive Director of the Los
Angeles Children’s Museum and a former National Program Coordinator for
U.S. Outward Bound. He has taught in Australia and East Africa, and has
served on the board of the Alumni Council of the Harvard Graduate School
and on an advisory committee for the U.S. Department of Education. Leaf
is Director of the Summers-Knoll independent school in Ann Arbor, Michigan,
and coaches men’s lacrosse at the University of Michigan. See this presenter
