This house was built about 1735. The house is still there

school. It was land originally Brigham's. Waldo Sessions bought this house
in 1936 from Theodore H. Clark Sr. & converted it as seen in magazine

This house was rebuilt by my grandfather Theodore Clark in 1930s, but
was lost to Grafton Bank holding the mortgage. There are still many letters
between my dad & bank manager trying to save the house. It was eventually
lost & resold to Mr. Waldo Sessions of Worcester in 1940.. My dad bought
the house on Carroll Rd, for Theodore Sr. & Clara to live till
we came up to / back to Grafton in 1946. RBB
Theodor H. CLARK Sr. sold the salt box home in 1917 period & built
another home for his family on the apple orchard area next to the salt
box. He then sold the salt box. Yes I know there is a disjunct in info.
here, and am working it to get complete story ! There is another house
next door called the STANIS home that is related somehow ? Who built the
house in 1735 period ? Who lived there through the years ? The alt box
was the home of the BUXTON family for a while & likely that period
of post 1917. Theordore's wife was a BUXTON from that family.IE, my grandmother.
