Wednesday 7th May saw Helston and the
rest of the south west bathed in glorious sunshine.
As dawn broke on Flora Day we were blessed with sunny dry
weather but the rain clouds were gathering from the west. The first drops
of rain fell as the Mid-Day Dance came to an end and unfortunately it continued
to get worse with the Five O`Clock Dance being cut short.
