The occasion of this picture may well have been the
wedding of Addie Mabel Catharine Hodge (1890 – 1960) who was married to Douglas
Dillon (1886 – 1983) on January 8, 1909.
The people in the picture, from left to right, were Charlie Blair and
his brother Clyde Blair, Lillie Hendershot, Carrie Navada Hodge, and her
sister, Addie Mabel Catharine Hodge.
[It is of interest to note that the Hodge sisters’ oldest brother,
Samuel Sidnor Hodge, married Martha (Mattie) M. Blair on September 20, 1905.
