Submitter's Note: 

        *The Ben Dixon book on the Kinkade family (OUR BOOK, p 44) said she died at Braddyville, Iowa.  There was a notation there that it was a Clearmont, Missouri, Post Office, which explains the seeming contradiction between the locations of her death.
