News of that accident reportedly may have contributed to the death later in the day of Ernest Clive Skinner, 13, Route 4, Newport, a lifelong sufferer of epileptic seizures and stepbrother* of Mrs. Collins' husband, Mike. According to Ernest's physician, word of the fatal traffic accident upset the youth deeply, a condition which the doctor said may have led to the fatal seizure which followed at the Skinner home. The boy was pronounced dead on arrival at Newport Community Hospital.
