Margaret Rose Lauritzen, 73, formerly of Faulkton, died Saturday, July 14, 1990 at her
home in Brighton, Colorado.
The Memorial Mass was celebrated on Thursday, July 19, at St. Thomas Catholic Church in Faulkton with Father David Roehrich officiating. Interment was in St. Thomas Cemetery, Faulkton.
Margaret Rose Heim was born on March 29, 1917, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Anton
(Margaret Lenoff) Heim. She attended school in the Faulkton area.
She married Jimmie G. Taylor in Los Angeles, California, in 1938.
She returned to Faulkton from Oklahoma in 1945. She married Murray Laurtizen in 1950. They moved to Bountiful, Utah, in 1964, and to Colorado where she resided until her death.
She was a member of St. Augustine's Catholic Church in Brighton.
Margaret is survived by four sons, Robert and William Taylor of Miller, Richard Taylor of
Dallas, Texas, and Jerald Lauritzen of Thornton, Colorado; three daughters, Elizabeth
Machan of Brighton, Mrs. James (Jeanne) Machan of Cheyenne, Wyoming, and Cathy
Lake of Thornton, Colorado; seventeen grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; three
brothers, Ignatius Heim of Rockham, Vern Heim of Goodwin, and Joseph Heim of Dell R
apids; and three sisters, Mrs. Gaylon (Rita) Armstrong of Ashton, Mrs. Wendlin (Donna)
Baumgartner of Rapid City and Mrs. Bruce (Sally) Keller, Ashton.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Harold Joseph Lauritzen; one
brother, Lawrence Heim; and one sister, Mrs. Robert (Betty) McDermaid.
