Funeral services for Mrs. Patrick (Lorraine) Wieseler, 45, of Watertown, were held
Tuesday, April 13, 2004, in the Holy Name Catholic Church, Watertown, with Fr. John
Lantsberger officiating, assisted by Deacon James Nistler. Burial was in St. Mary's
She passed away at a hospital in Watertown.
Lorraine was born December 18, 1958, at Aberdeen, S.D., to Wilfred and Cecelia
(Schumer) Senn. She graduated from high school at Mobridge, S.D. Lorraine attended
one year at South Dakota State University, Brookings. She then traveled for a year with
Up With People.
Lorraine married Patrick Wieseler on September 10, 1982, at Mobridge. They lived in
Mobridge until they moved to Redfield in 1984. The family moved to Watertown in 2001
because of her husband's employment with Wells Fargo Bank.
Lorraine was a member of Holy Name Church and PEO. She enjoyed attending the
events in which her son Dominic participated. Her smiling face, great attitude and love of
people left lasting impressions on everyone she met. Her family meant everything to her
and always came first, followed by her friends. She had a great willingness to help
people, especially children.
She is survived by her husband, Patrick, and son, Dominic, of Watertown; her parents,
Wilfred and Cecelia Senn of Necedah, Wis.; four brothers, Robert Senn of Wisconsin
Rapids, Wis., Duane (Pam) Senn of Gillette, Wyo., Bruce of Menesha, Wis., and Jim
(Becky) Senn of Omaha, Neb.; one sister, Mary (Harlan) Johnson of Necedah, Wis.; and
many nieces and nephews.
