Terry K. Ehrich, 50, of Rockham, S.D., died Saturday, April 24, 2004, at Avera St. Luke's Hospital in Aberdeen, due to a farm accident.
Funeral services were held April 29 at the Messiah Lutheran Church in Redfield with the
Rev. Peter M. Utecht officiating. Burial was in the Rockham Cemetery with full military
Terry Ehrich was born September 12, 1953, in Redfield to Jack and June (Bush) Ehrich.
He graduated from Redfield High School in 1972.
He was a Sergeant in the Air Force from 1973 to 1977. While stationed in Anchorage, Alaska, he met Laura Bridge. They were married January 29, 1977, at Redfield. They farmed south of Rockham on the Ehrich homestead.
He was a member of the Messiah Lutheran Church, where he was a financial officer. He
was also a member of the John J. Tomson American Legion Post #57 of Rockham and
was a lifetime member of the NRA.
He is survived by his wife; three children, Holly (James) Lambert of Redfield, LeAnne
(Chris) Bonin of Redfield, and Anthony Ehrich of Rockham; his parents, Jack and June
Ehrich of Zell; two sisters, Vicky (Arden) Sieh of Leola, and Kristine Ehrich of Austin,
Texas; three grandchildren; and aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Cheryl Enrich Hoffman, in 2000
