·          All people (including ministers & godparents) in the Family Register (Appendix 4)

·          All known ancestors of Jane Vidal & Edith Emily Masters (Appendix 5)

Excluded from this book are:

·    Ancestors of spouses not mentioned in the family register (except for Ann Sutherland Masters in Appendix 5)

·    Descendants of the siblings of John McPhail (sorry Bill)

·    Descendants of the siblings of Gilbert Handasyde

·    Descendants of the illegitimate son of Gilbert Handasyde

On each of the four topics excluded from this book I have access to enough information to write a small book. But I can’t be considered as knowledgeable on any of them as many other people. A book has already been written by Robert Neil Handasyde about the descendants of one of Gilbert’s siblings.
