There are many placenames in the Family Register, from Cardiff to Omoa, Honduras. Concentrating of the Jamaican ones, there are parishes (St Thomas in the Vale and Port Royal have since been absorbed into St Catherine & St Andrew):
Kingston
Port Royal
Portland
St Andrew
St Ann
St George
St Mary
St Thomas in the Vale
The old parish boundaries are shown in these maps.
churches:
Half-way tree church, St Andrew
Hope chapel (presumably on Hope Estate, St Andrew)
Parish church, St Thomas in the Vale (at Linstead)
Old burial ground, Kingston
Kingston Streets:
Hanover St (Miss Hunter's house next door to Mrs McKenzie's house)
North St
Duke St (two doors below the Kirk)
No 1 Knight St
towns:
Port Antonio, Portland
Rae Town, St Andrew
and properties. I've managed to find many of these properties in the 1840 Jamaica Almanac (currently http://maxpages.com/jamaicanfamily). In some cases, there are many different properties with the same name, particularly Belmont, Mount Pleasant and Hopewell. There are several different properties named "Hall's Delight".

Trevennion is also spelled Trevannion.
Of the names associated with each property, John H(erman) Hall and Dr George P M Downer (godfather in 1832) are familiar to me. The information from Donald Lindo contains a different Charles MacGlashan (surgeon Royal Navy, d. 27 Jun 1834) who is almost certainly a close relative, and confirms the spelling of surnames ‘Terrelonge’ and ‘Lowndes’. Surprisingly, although Donald’s CD-ROM contains 9 pages of people with surname Lindo, it doesn’t positively identify Alexander Jacob Lindo.
Only a few of these places are shown on easily available maps. These are links to three of the most useful maps on the web:
The
mid-section of Jamaica in 1848
The
eastern part of Jamaica in 1848, showing ‘Up Park’, ‘Hope’ & ‘Half-way
Tree’ near Kingston. The nearby ‘Halls
Delight’ on this map is probably the wrong one. ‘Lanrumney’ is south of Port
Maria.
Kingston modern,
showing ‘Duke’ & ‘Hanover’ streets, ‘Up Park’, ‘Hope’ & ‘Half-way
Tree’.
