Based on 1941 Wellston High School year book advertisement, the address of the Piggly Wiggly was  6216-6218 Easton (Dr. MLK Drive).

    President Franklin D. Roosevelt's New
Deal was in its fifth year.
    News from Europe was worrisome as Hitler rebuilt  Germany's war machine.  
    A brand new Chevy deluxe coupe cost $560.   
   A can of tuna went for a dime at the Piggly Wiggly store on Easton Avenue.
   You could see a double feature movie for ten cents in the "Air Cooled " Wellston Theatre!         COOL!
