    History & Achievements :

    By 1814 Private Thomas M. Stack was the owner of a "shoe making" business in Clarence Street Sydney. He employed numerous convicts as workers. His wife Jane died in y.   On some of the inventories for expeditions over the Blue Mountains, Tom is listed as one of the suppliers of shoes and leathergoods for Blaxland, Wentworth and Lawson
