Pallett, enlisted in the 17th regiment in 1825. In
1826 he married Elizabeth Callen in Ireland. The
witnesses were Margaret HOWARD and Michael Delaney. Elizabeth and Thomas
sailed on" the John " in 1830. He was
transferred from Tasmania to New South Wales 1831.Then
onto India 1836 Elizabeth remained in
India. Thomas was killed in the line of duty whilst
