    James Nixon of the 102nd and the 73rd.  His record shows he served between 1800-1818. He was on Norfolk Island in 1800-1805/7.
    The Regiment served in Ceylon until 24th Dec 1815. 73rd Regiment arrived in England in 1816.

    He returned to N.S.W on the Hibernia in 1819 with a letter from Lord Goulburn stating he had permission to settle in N.S.W His listing on the passenger list states he is a Police Constable1820 He was posted to Sydney as a constable per police Gazette Sat May 20 18201821-1823 he is on various N.S.W State record listings re his placing's as policeman
