    Charles Kingaby, described thena s a Chelsea Penioner and Late of 7th Reg of foot and NSW Veteran Battalion, died in East Maitland on 13 December 1856, of Typhoid Fever. His wife predeceased him, accidently burnt to death on 18 July 1854. The circumstances of her deathw ere reported in  the Syndey Morning Herald on 20 JUly 1854,   Both are buried in East Matiland
