    At Moreton Bay tried by a regimental Court Marshall 26 Sept 1843, reduced to Private, in confinement 11 days
    He was also in confinement in Newcastle in August 1844.
    At Norfolk Island, he was deprived of his good conduct badge in November 1852.
    Promoted to Corporal 10 April 1855, a rank he only held for 2 months.
