    Hi

Came across your site whilst researching one of my ancestors. It mentions Frederick Pratt Tench on this page - http://freepages.history.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~garter1/t4th.htm

He was actually in Australia after being convicted for dessertion in 1835. I was wondering what your source for this information was and if it proves he stayed in the regiment after serving his sentence.

    Thanks
    Anne
