James Crabb arrived on board HMS Dromedary on31 December 1809. or 1 January 1810 in Sydney. Married the daughter of Marine Private Thomas Bishop. They had two children born in Australia who may have remained. Alexander William and Mary Ann. James was redeployed to Ceylon where it is reported he died.
