    History & Achievements :

    John Bradshaw is one of the few Soldiers who served in 2 Different Mounted Police Detachments. He served in the  8th  Mounted Police discharged and served in the 99th Regiment. Following his discharge from the 99th he enlisted in the 11th Mounted Police. He became part of the Gold Escorts on the 11th. The soldiers on the 11th Mounted Police and of the 99th Mounted Police were based at Eureka. They were part of the combined forces who settled the Eureka Rebellion. His brother enlisted in the same regiments BRADSHAW Thomas ,
