Download Instructions

You can download the PDF file by right mouse clicking on the file and selecting "save as" or "save target as". This file is about 33 Mb in size so you may have difficulty downloading it in one piece. To make it easier, I've zipped it and split it into 7 pieces. Download each segment (hubbard.zip, and hubbard.z01 through hubbard.z06) to the same location on your hard drive. You will need WinZip (or a similar product) to reassemble and extract the document. If you don't have WinZip, you may download it free (for evaluation) from the link below. Once you've downloaded all the segments, and have WinZip installed, double click on the hubbard.zip filename. WinZip will concatenate all the pieces and you may then extract the document. If 5 Mb segments are still too large, email me and I will see about breaking it into even smaller segments.
