DAUGTER OF L.B. TEBBETTS GRANTED DIVORCE FROM CHICAGO LUMBERMAN

St. Louis, Missouri (circa 1908)
Circuit Judge Williams yesterday granted Mrs. Rebecca Moore, daughter of L.B. Tebbetts of 10 North King's Highway, a wealthy implement dealer, a divorce from Thomas A. Moore of Chicago. She charged desertion and jealousy. The case was heard February 27, and at that time Judge Williams suspected collusion, because Moore appeared in the sheriff's office the day the suit was filed to be served.

Mrs. Moore now lives with her father. She was married in April 1895, and the separation took place in October, 1907. Moore is a lumberman.
