Between Lewis Doverspeck and Mary his wife of Red Bank Township in the County of Armstrong and State of Pennsylvania of the first part and Jacob Brinker of the Township County and State aforesaid of the other part.
Witnesseth:
That Lewis Doverspeck and Mary his wife for and in consideration of the sum of six hundred and sixty Dollars lawful money of Pennsylvania to them in hand paid by said Jacob Brinker before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof they as hereby acknowledge Have granted bargained and sold and by these presents Do grant bargain and sell to said Jacob Brinker his heirs and assigns.
All the following described and bounded plantation [?] piece or parcel of land situated in Red Bank Township in the County aforesaid.
Beginning at a Gum, thence by lands of John Brown bout two hundred and nineteen percels to a White Oak, thence by lands of George Delp bout one hundred and eight percels to a Maple west twelve percels to a White Oak bout one hundred and seventeen percels to a Red Oak, thence by surveyed land west two hundred and seventy percels to a post north one hundred and thirty percels to a post east thirty three percels to a Gum and north ninety five percels to the place of the beginning.
Containing Three Hundred and Thirty Acers eighty seven percels and allowances of six percent for Roads ect.
Which said tract was surveyed in pursuance of a Warrant dated the sixth day of January A. D. one thousand and eight hundred and nine. and where a Patent was granted by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania dated the tenth day of March one thousand eight hundred and ten.

Together with allowance singular the building and inprovement thereof and appurtunaces whatsoever thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
To Have And To Hold the said tract or parcel of land with appertenances to the said Jacob Brinker his heirs and assigns to the only proper use benefit and behoof of him the said Jacob Brinker his heirs and assigns Foever.
And further the said Lewis Doverpeck for himself his heirs executors and administrators doth covenant promise grant and agree to and with the said Jacob Brinker his heirs and asigns by these presents that he the said Lewis Doverspeck and his heirs the afore said tract or parcel of land with appurtenances and every part and parcel thereof to the said Jacob Brinker his heirs and asigns against all persons whatsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same shall and will Warrant and forever Defend by these presents.

Before me the subscribed one of the Justice of the Peace in and for said County personally came Lewis Doverspeck and Mary his wife the above grantors and acknowledged the above Indenture to be their act deed and desire the same to be recorded as such.
She the said Mary being of full age and by me first examined seperate and apart from her said husband and that she signed the same of her own free will and accord, and not by any coercion or compulsion of her said husband.
