| THE COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA,ss. WHEREAS Lewis Daubenspeck , of the Township of Redbank in the County of Armstrong hath applied for One hundred and fifty acres of Land, wereon he hath made an actual Settlement and Improvement, adjoining Redbank Creek on the south, lands of Timothy Pickering and west Oliver Armstrong on the north and John Mahaney on the east . Situated in said Township of Redbank in the County of Armstrong for which he hath paid late this office of the State Treasury, at the rate of five pounds per hundred acers. Interest thereon from the first day of June one thousand eight hundred eight to be paid agreeably to the several acts of Assembly , in such case made and provided: THESE are, therefore, to authorise and require you to survey, or cause to be surveyed, unto the said Lewis Daubenspeck the quantity of acers by him applied for at the place aforesaid, if not already surveyed and appropriated, and to make return thereof into the Land Office, for which this shall be your warrant.
