This Deed, Made the 11th day of November in the year of our Lord nine hundred and Fourty-Four

BETWEEN Ida M. Doverspike ( widow) of Brookville, Jefferson County, Pennsylvania, Grantor

And

Herbie L. Sherry and Helen M. Sherry, husband and wife, of Cadogan, Armstrong County, Pennsylvania, Grantees:

Witnesseth, that in consideration of One Thousand ($1,000.00) in hand and the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the said grantor does hereby grant convey to the said grantees, xx Dollars their heirs and assigns

All that certain tract of land, situated in Red Bank Township, Armstrong County, Pennsylvania, and in part in Ringgold Township, Jefferson County, Pennsylvania (the farm buildings being in Red Bank Township, Armstrong County, Pennsylvania)

Bounded and described as follows, to wit:

Bounded on the north by lands of Grant Holben and lands of Homer Kunselman.

On the east by lands of Clair Himes.

On the south by lands of T. A. Miller and Albert Shaffer.

On the west by lands of Lena Geist.

Containing Sixty Acers more or less.

Being the same premises conveyed by Harry A. Doverspike and Joseph Shaffer, executors of the Will of Daniel Doverspike, deceased, to Clark E. Doverspike, by deed dated the 10th day of April, 1920, and recorded the 26th day of April, 1920 in Armstrong Deed Book Vol. 201, Page 245

The said Clark E. Doverspike, being the owner thereof, died testate March...,1944, and his Will was dully proven and recorded in the office of the Register of Wills of Armstrong County on the 5th day of Apr il, 1944, in Will Book Vol...., Page...., wherein the said Clark E. Doverspike devised and bequeathed to his wife, Ida M. Doverspike, his entire estate, real and personal including the above described lands, whereby said Ida M. Doverspike, within named grantor, became absolute owner in free.

And the said grantor, does hereby covenant and agree to with the said granteed, that she, the grantor, her heirs, executors and administrators shall and will warrant generally and forever defend the herein above described premises, with the appurtenances, unto the said grantees, their heirs and assigns, against, against the said grantor, and against every other person lawfully clsiming or who shall hereafter claim the same or any part thereof.
