Atikokan High School, teachers and board members, about 1956.

I took this photo in the science lab of the old high school. The occasion may have been a careers night, but otherwise I'm baffled. Most mysterious is why both Mr. Morgan and Mr. Hogle are there together, unless it was some sort of ceremony regarding out-going principal (Mr. Morgan) and incoming (Mr. Hogle).
People with an asterisk before their names were not high-school staff, so may have been there for careers night.

Front row, all seated: Mr. Morgan, Mr. Hogle, (*unknown), Miss MacMillan, and Mrs. Shaw (French).
Miss MacMillan and Mr. Penner were married a few years later.

This scan is of a small print, I'll replace it with a better one when and if I find the original negative.
