About Tubular Bells ( the MIDI file )
A few short months before his death, my brother Doug, came to live with me. We spent hours listening to the MIDI version of Tubular Bells. This file is about 250Kb, and plays for 25:29 minutes! This is one of the largest MIDI files I have. If you hear PITCH BEND that sounds extreme and way out of tune, reset your MIDI device. Unless you have a killer sound card or MIDI synth, you may not hear all of the notes. You may also hear clipped notes. This is a very busy file.What you hear as you play this version of Tubular Bells will depend on the software / hardware you are using. DO NOT attempt to edit the .mid file with anything other than CAKEWALK PRO!
