My grandfather, Sergeant Harry Richards, was among the survivors of the Tuscania sinking. He served in the Michigan National Guard, participated in the Mexican Punitive Expedition and then in the AEF as part of the 32nd Division. Great site.

My grandfather, Pvt. 1st Class, Wesley G. Green gave me some of his photographs, train tickets and the original folder telling the story of the sinking of the Tuscania that was presented to Alonso Cudsworth, Post #23, American Legion by the National Tuscania Survivors Association. I would be interested in receiving any information or photos that pertain to my Grandfather.

My great uncle Leon N. Sauer was a survivor of the Tuscania sinking. I remember my grandfather Frederick Kearney Sauer, telling me that he ran into his brother Leon walking down the street in Paris after being told he had died on the Tuscania. My grandfather was with the 101st Engineers.
