1909 STOCK PROSPECTUS, BARNSLEY BROTHERS CUTLERY, MONETT, MISSOURI

The Monett Times, Tuesday, July 13, 1909

Business Opportunity.

TO THE PEOPLE OF MONETT.

Do you want to go into business?  Do you want to invest your money right at home, where it will take only a few minutes of your time each year, in a business that has not made less than 29 per cent net per annum for the last five years and as high as 36 per cent, and rapidly growing into an immense business.  Did nearly $57,000 worth of business during the panic year of 1908 on a capital of $14,700.  Probably do $100,000 this year.  This is the record of the Barnsley Bros. Cutlery Co. of Monett, Mo.

It has been decided to place for thirty days (if not taken sooner) a limited amount of this stock at the disposal of those wishing an absolutely safe and profitable investment at the original of first price, as the business is growing so rapidly more money can be used very profitably both to the Company and the investor.  Will be glad to go into details with anyone interested.

You may call at office or get further particulars from any of the local stockholders.  Complete list of our stockholders follows -- Carl W. Lenhard, J. J. Davis, R. O. Barnsley, R. J. Parker, S. A. Chapell, T. C. Barnsley, Eoster Barnsley, R. C. Barnsley, Carl J. Bergastrom, W. W. West, Ida R. Barnsley, W. R. Barnsley, J. W. Ruggles.
