Reily Presbyterian Church
The Presbyterian church at Reily was organized in April, 1836,  by the Oxford presbytery.  At its beginning it claimed thirty-five members under the Rev. A.B. Gilliland.  On March 7, 1838, the Conklin family deeded the land to the church for the sum of one dollar.  On this tract of land, sixty feet square, the church was constructed.  By 1849, membership in the church had grown to 150 members which was the size of the congregation some one hundred years later.  By 1961, the church had the distinction of being the oldest church in Butler County which had been used continuously for religious services.
