4.  Hezekiah BURRELL was born in 1774.  He moved from SC to Gwinnette Co., GA between 1810 and 1830.

 

He was married to Nancy UNKNOWN.

 

5.  Walter N. BURRELL JR was born about 1775 in Wadesboro, Anson County, NC.  He was living in 1800 in Greenville County, NC.  He appeared on the census in 1810 in Buncombe County, NC.

He appeared on the census in 1820 in Haywood County, NC, pg. 213.  He appeared on the census in 1830 in Macon County, NC:  00200001-0300001.  He died in 1839 in Gilmer County, GA.  He served in the military, War of 1812 in NC Militia.  He served in Ewing's Regiment.  Appears on the Company Muster Roll of Capt. George C. Neill's Co., Reg't North Carolina Detached Militia commanded by Col. H. Ewing.  Service commenced 2/13/1814, traveled distance of 220 miles.  Discharged 3/11/1814. Term of service 27 days. Muster Rolls from Buncombe County, NC Militia, show Walter and Jonathan Denton served in the same Regiment.

 

He was married to Phoebe PRUITT (daughter of Michael PRUITT and Elizabeth BRIGHT) about 1794 in NC or SC.  Phoebe PRUITT was born about 1776 in Greenville, SC.  She died in 1839.  Walter N. BURRELL JR and Phoebe PRUITT had the following children:

6.  Jesse BURRELL was born in 1780.  He appeared on the census in 1800 in Pendleton District, SC, pg. 440 or 147: 30010-00010-00.  He moved from SC to Gwinnette Co., GA between 1810 and 1830.

 

He was married to Mary Jane PRUITT.
