Sandies Memorial Cemetery is located on Co Rd 382 between El Campo and Ganado. It is on private property and has a large iron gate that is wired with electricity. You have to step on the water hose to be able to open the gate, this breaks the contact. There is mostly Callis family members here. Rev. Callis was the Pastor at the Sandies Baptist Church, when he passed away the church also died. | |
