Rabb A. Rich


Rabb A.Rich was elected on November 6, 1894; re-elected November 3, 1896 and served until November 8, 1898 when Frank B. Davis, his deputy beat him in the election. Davis served until 1902 and and Rabb Rich beat Davis in the election for Sheriff. Then he served as Sheriff for a second term from November 4, 1902 and was re-elected November 8, 1904 and served until August 1905 when he died.
