Clements Heard Northington

El Campo- Clements Heard Northington, 78, of El Campo, died Wednesday, Dec. 19, 2001. He was born April 4, 1923, in Egypt, to the late William Andrew and Essie Clements Northington. He was an artist and a Catholic. He was a U.S. veteran of World War II, having served in the Navy and Coast Guard. Survivors: nieces and nephews, Lou Anne Kellman of Chicago, Nancy Sanders and Mary Post, both of Victoria, Essie Leslie of El Campo and J.R. Hancock of Round Rock.

Preceded in death by: parents; sister, Virginia Lou Hancock; and brother, William Andrew Northington Jr.
