PRIVATE WILLIAM CARTER WILLIAMS. 

Private Williams was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Williams, 68 Orme Road, Bangor. He was in the service of the Post Office Savings Bank at London when he joined the Army, November, 1917. On April 7, 1918, ho went to France with the 7th Battalion of the East Kent Regiment, and on September 18, 1918, was killed in action, at the age of 19 years.
