SERGEANT NORMAN CARTER.

Sergeant. Carter was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Carter, 47 Carnarvon Road, Bangor. He joined the Welsh Guards on the outbreak of war, August, 1914 went out to France October 1914, and was killed sept. 1916 aged 24 years.
